Well, the day has finally arrived--I have taken the big plunge into blogdom--I've heard it's addicting. I guess only time will tell.
Urban Sweetpea is my business, but also a reflection of my life. I love to be creative--if I'm not actually being creative , I'm thinking about being creative--whether it is through my art, in the kitchen, decorating my home, planning a party for my kids.....My brain is constantly on the move with something in the making. While the blog obviously has a direct connection to my business, I guess I've always wanted a place to reflect the complete creative side of myself. I constantly have friends asking me for advice about cooking, recipes, decorating, and event/party planning. Here's my opportunity to put it out there for all to see....and in advance so I don't have the opportunity to forget to send someone the recipe or the color ideas I've promised. (Sorry to the long list of you who have fallen victim to this forgetfulness...hopefully the blog will become both my solution and my salvation!)
